COMING SOON!!! We are getting SO close to opening the doors of our new smoke house! We can't wait to be able to give Western Oklahoma a yummy new option for smoked meats!
The Smoke House at the Fatted Calf is THE place to get your custom smoked meats. You can bring in your own deer to be smoked by the pound, or have part of your custom processed beef smoked just the way you want it. We also offer smoked meats by the pound.

CUSTOM SMOKED MEATS
We custom smoke beef and venison (during deer season). For custom smoked beef, you can add any smoking service to your custom processing order.
DEER REQUIREMENTS
Deer processing is by appointment only. We have limited appointments available during deer season. Whole carcass DEER will NOT be accepted. Boned out venison and quarters will be accepted. Deer must be transported in ice chests and kept cold. We do not age or hang venison. It will not be in our cooler outside of your ice chest. We will process your meat, sterilize your ice chest and put your packaged product back in your ice chest for pick up. We will process your meat in the order in which it is received.
The deer you bring in to us is the deer you will take home. We process one carcass at a time.

Meat By The Pound
Stop by the Fatted Calf Smoke House and take home delicious smoked meat for dinner! We offer an array of small batch smoked meats with no minimum. Below is an example of what we offer. We do keep an assortment on hand, but we recommend calling at least 24 hours in advance to place your order. For large orders, for a bigger event, we are happy to supply your meat, but we will need a minimum of two weeks notice for anything over XXX lbs.
