Slaughterman
Job Description: Kill, dress and hanging the beef. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, and maintaining records of the beef for labeling purposes. You will haul off the offal buckets as needed. Other tasks as necessary.
Job Benefits: Flexible hours, lunch provided if working over the noon hour. Friendly, family oriented work environment.
Job Type: Contract. Hours are dependent on how quickly you work.

Butcher / Processor
Job Description: Process beef halves, package meat, clean and maintain tools and equipment, weigh meat packages, and keep track of supplies inventory. You are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Other tasks as necessary.

Job Type: Hourly. .
Wrapper - Position Open
Job Description: Know the cuts of meat and package them. Weigh baskets of meat, keep customer's product organized and labeled correctly. Keep freezer organized and keep track of supplies. Other tasks as necessary.

Office Receptionist
Job Description: Speak to customers, take cutting orders, keep paperwork organized, do invoicing and help to maintain schedule. Help to keep the office and bathrooms clean. Other tasks as necessary.
